Veteran’s Day Ceremony

On Friday November 11, 2022 the Williamsburg Chapter SAR held a ceremony honoring the Veterans past and present who fought for our Independence since the American Revolution. Colonial Williamsburg supported our event with the Fife & Drum Corps and support personnel.

Battle of Green Spring

Commemorated the battle at The Church on the Main near Jamestown Virginia. This battle was the last major battle of the Virginia Campaign leading to the Siege of Yorktown.

Berkeley Plantation Commemoration

Williamsburg SAR and DAR Chapters laid wreaths at the commemoration of Benjamin Harrison V who was a signer of our Declaration of Independence.
